Born and raised in New York, Lucia is a graphic designer and photographer currently finishing up her last year in college. Her father is a 5th-generation Italian American, while her mother is a dance choreographer from Taiwan. She has a twin brother, loves cats and dogs, and has a fondness for Russian and American literature. Lucia also enjoys travel and has studied abroad in Okinawa, Paris, and Florence. Her most recent project involved creating a self-portrait photo story of her voyages in Taiwan and Tokyo for MAMAMA, a French clothing company.
Your idea of happiness?
Near a fireplace with a big Samoyed and a good book.
Your idea of misery?
A situation where my loved ones get hurt.
If not yourself, who would you be?
Olafur Eliasson because I can't even begin to imagine what the world must look like to him.

What do you do if you can’t sleep at night?
If I can't sleep I watch a movie naked under covers.
Do you collect anything?
I collect music boxes, Yoshitomo Nara goods, retro Asian vinyl, cool white t-shirts with J-horror prints.
What is the strangest thing you believed in as a child?
Strangest thing I believed as a child was that if I stared long enough at red it could be brown.

What are your plans for this weekend?
Housewarming party, designing wrapping paper for the holidays, whiskey and good movies.
