Well my dad recently read a book on sleep and told me if you can't sleep you're just supposed to get up and do something - read a book, watch TV, whatever and eventually you'll go back to sleep. But usually I just lay there and think of all the things I need to do the next day until I fall back asleep.

What are your plans for this weekend?

Yesterday I did laundry, went thrifting, shot for casa shop, went to a friend's birthday dinner and then ladies night at my friend Marleigh's apartment.

Today (Sunday) I'm sitting in a coffee shop catching up on personal emails and then walking down the street to Need Supply to catch up on work! Then referencing my new cook book to do some grocery shopping and cook meals for the week tonight.
